**Please note, until further notice, jobs completed on a Friday will be delivered Monday morning**
If the photographer arrives and the house is not ready, we must reschedule. A $29 attempt fee will apply.
If the photographer arrives and is unable to access the house due to no fault of illini360, a $29 attempt fee will apply.
Appointments cancelled same day will be charged a $49 cancellation fee.
There are still no fees to cancel a shoot at least 24-hours before an appointment, however a 3% processing fee will apply to all cancelled orders requiring a refund. This fee is necessary to cover payment processing fees.
